Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE ORDERS

VIVA VIDA accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your items are returned, VIVA VIDA will issue a full refund for your items and applied taxes. Any items that are damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange, and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional shipping rates to received your damaged returns. To avoid damages during shipment, we recommend using an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

POP-UP SHOP PURCHASES

For purchases made at our in-person pop-ups, returns will be accepted for store credit only up to 10 days after your purchase was made. All items must be in original condition with all tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Shipping

For purchases of $75 or more, VIVA VIDA offers free domestic ground shipping. Additional fees may apply for orders placed for 2-day shipping, next day shipping, or international shipping.

VIVA VIDA supports shipping merchandise through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated automatically during checkout.
