We want you to adore your VIVA VIDA jewelry. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns and exchanges.
📆 Returns & Exchanges – 20 Days
We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn and in original condition
Must include original VIVA VIDA packaging
All tags and inserts must be intact
Returns must be approved in advance
👉 To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@shopvivavida.com with your order number and reason for return.
💳 Store Credit Only
Approved returns will receive store credit VVCredit for the item(s) value plus applicable taxes
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as store credit.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your credit so you can purchase your desired item
For limited-edition or low-stock items, email us to reserve your exchange item
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
If we receive an ineligible return, the buyer will be responsible for shipping to retrieve the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable and insured service (UPS or FedEx preferred)
VIVA VIDA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
🔒 Final Sale & Exclusions
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
Custom or personalized items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Sale items marked “Final Sale” or discounted 30% or more
